The staff are attentive, managed the parking in a hotel garage. The property is set in a magnificent and perfect location short walk to main shopping center-Delta Planet Banja Luka as well as the city centre, lot of cafes and bars.

Breakfast was awesome, so many different things to choose from - it was a real treat. the bed in the double room was like sleeping on clouds, and they even had a fridge, kettle, and air conditioning. 😊

The hotel staff were ultra-friendly, especially Lady Beta from the reception. The national cuisine restaurant and italianish club/bar were excellent. The security team ensured a safe environment. The hotel, being moderately priced, was a great value for EU travelers.

The staff were friendly and the food at the hotel restaurant was good. The location was also convenient as it was close to the city centre and attractions.
I had a terrible experience with the room. The temperature was stuffy and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning could not be adjusted.
